Auto-insertion machine cutters and lead free components

We have some thru-hole products that are going lead free. We use an axial auto insertion machine to place some of the parts. Can we still use this machine for both lead free and leaded parts or will the parts be contaminated by the cutters, etc. Also, how about automated prep machines like the GPD CF-8 & CF-9?
