Wave solder certification process?

Has anyone worked on certifying the Wave Solder Process? I cannot find any information on how other companies have certified the Wave Soldering process. We are working on making control charts for the wave and we have done some work with calibration with the preheats, lead clearance, solder temperature, conveyer width/speed, and various items to the Fluxer. Any info would be appreciated.
