Wee Kah Khim, VP and GM, ViTrox TechnologiesWe offer demos, not only for our CD station, but for any system that our customers might need, though we consider the CD station as our entry product and suggest this as a first trial to our brand. We began offering the demos because we realized that every time our sales force showed the features of our products, they elicited a big wow factor from the potential customers. They were surprised by our products, and this is why we think the best way to convince customers is to allow them to test the product. Our R&D team developed the new range of high thermal efficiency cartridges that allows the system to supply the most power possible to the solder joint. This is achieved through redesigning tip geometries for optimal thermal transfer. Additionally, we are currently developing some very interesting innovative products and look forward to introducing them this year. We continue to look for new representatives and increase our own sales force in order to increase our exposure in the market. Though we already have a presence worldwide, sales have no barriers nowadays, so we are open to all markets and opportunities where they may arise. Our main goal in 2012 is continuous innovation and to become known by the majority of professionals in the electronics industry. Our sales force is increasing to better reach all customers. They continually work with our customers to understand what they need so that we can develop products to better solve their soldering needs.
