2012 encouraged a new focus for Electrolube. The company had undertaken a year-long move into vast new UK premises, a decision that was made as part of the company's manufacturing achievement in reaching its 70th anniversary.

The new facilities are extremely hi-tech, efficient and have inspired the management team to revisit what Electrolube really means to its customers, stakeholders, staff and various audiences around the world with positive, fascinating results. These will be instrumental in helping to reinforce our position not only as an established manufacturer of specialist chemical materials but also as an efficient solutions provider.

In 2012, we experienced exponential growth particularly within the LED market for Electrolube's thermal management, resins and conformal coating products. The range for the LED industry was also launched in India, where Electrolube opened new offices in Bangalore.

In 2013, Electrolube will launch a new fast cure UV coating, UVC_L, which provides exceptionally fast cure times without the use of volatile organic solvents in the coating process. In keeping with our core value of environmental responsibility, we will continue to develop effective eco-friendly products and will investigate new formulations and packaging solutions.

Electrolube's European Technical Support role will be ongoing due to its success with customers this year and we anticipate increased demand from the automotive market for both new and established thermal, resin and coating products.

Exciting changes will be taking place at Electrolube in the forthcoming year and we're looking forward to unveiling those changes in due course and engaging with our audiences more fervently.
