Our 2012 investment in expanded electronics manufacturing capabilities has already resulted in new business, and we expect greater growth in 2013. Our redesigned plant and equipment purchases greatly expanded our ability to scale customer projects, while significantly enhancing our engineering and test capabilities with even greater reliability.
We saw strong organic growth in 2012, and exciting developments in new sectors. Overall, PRIDE Industries experienced 19% growth in 2012, despite these uncertain economic times.
In 2013, we look to the growing trend of "re-shoring" to contribute to growth. More and more OEM's are bringing their manufacturing back to the U.S. due to rising labor, shipping and time-to-market costs, as well as intellectual property concerns.
PRIDE Industries' Northern California location is ideally located along major transportation corridors and in close proximity to shipping ports -- without the large market overhead. For large companies looking for greater manufacturing control, or interested in opening new "made-in-America" markets, we offer excellent on-shore manufacturing advantages.
