Coming off back to back record years at Kurtz Ersa North America, we are cautiously optimistic about the outcome for 2015. The amount of projects in all market sectors remains strong, with automotive leading the pack over all market sectors. This optimism is also seen on a global scale with growth projected in Europe and Asia.

We will continue to hire sales and service staff in 2015 and expand our manufacturing capacity in Germany to scale for our Sales growth.

We see alternative energy technology remaining strong and growing in 2015 as well as military aerospace ramping up midyear. Kurtz Ersa's EMS customers also remain steady with new customers and new line requirements in 2015.

Overall, we believe the future in 2015 will be fruitful and overall strengthen our industry and Kurtz Ersa's position as an industry leader.
