At Air-Vac Engineering, we typically see a slowdown in machine orders during the summer months as both Engineers and decision makers are on vacation. However, our machine orders were strong during the summer months of 2017 and orders have remained strong through the end of 2017. The positive trend has continued in January and we are not seeing any signs of a slowdown. In the Electronics Assembly Industry, our customers are demanding rework machines that include increased automation, improved on-machine and machine-to-machine repeatability and turnkey solutions for their most difficult applications. Air-Vac Engineering has become the developmental rework partner for our major customers instead of just being their equipment supplier. We have developed and are now launching our newest machine, the AVX1000 in direct response to our customers needs as cited above.
