The only way to create a successful business today is to continually look for ways to add value for your customers. At Epec Engineered Technologies, we strive to bring more enhancements to our products and services for our customers. In 2018 we are starting with a customer-inspired relaunch of InstantPCBQuote.

The new site design will be easier to navigate, will allow customers to quote and order PCBs using more material types (370HR and 185HR just to name a few), and will eliminate items that required a hard quote like countersinks, controlled impedance, and edge plating.

We have also implemented new project management tools that will allow us to reduce development and engineering time of custom battery packs, SMART User Interfaces, and RF/Microwave Filter products by 20%. Those are just a small sampling of the exciting new customer-focused improvements that we are making in 2018.

Epec will continue to grow in 2018 as we are adding people in our engineering group (mechanical/electrical/software), our IT and data management team will implement several new customer IT initiatives, and our staff in Europe is helping manage growth in the region.

Investing in people, processes, infrastructure, and customers will continue to be our focus through 2018 and beyond.
