In 2019 ALeader has launched a new generation of its products. New Full 3D ALD8720S AOI, 3D ALD6720S SPI have been successfully released and immediately got a very positive feedback from the existing and potential customers.

The new machines’ release is a result of the large investment into research and development, particularly big efforts have been put in the development and implementation of the new state-of-art ALeader 3D sensor. With the completely new design of the optical system we achieved a top precision, accuracy and range on 3D measurement along with the high-quality color 2D image.

A lot of attention has been paid on ease-of-use and auto-programming. ALeader systems’ hardware delivers an excellent measurement precision and accuracy, high-quality images, top speed (faster than 2D AOI) and the great reliability. But we believe that this is not enough in the modern AOI and SPI machine.

Absolutely critical is to ensure that the user will be able to use all system’s functions and capabilities in an easy and transparent way. The latest generation of ALeader AOI and SPI machines equipped with the intuitive clear user interface, AI based auto-programming and unique debug-free OCR algorithms.

Programming and operation of ALD8720S AOI and ALD6720S SPI is a completely new user experience, free of any "black-box" methods and artificial “needs-to-remember” parameters. The quality of the program is very much independent of the user’s experience and the tolerances are set automatically according to the selected IPC level.

In 2020 ALeader will continue to invest heavily in R&D delivering the best answer to the customer present and future needs, preserving and improving an excellent performance of its systems. The special efforts will be made in enhancing further AI based auto-programming functionality, simplifying the programming and debugging procedures, reducing the programming time to the absolute minimum.
