Royal Circuit Solutions has been making Printed Circuit Boards for hobbyists in Hoboken and the behemoths of the Bay Area for over 15 years. Every year, our customers demand faster signals, thinner traces, smaller vias, heavier plating, and increasingly exotic laminates.

Royal has and will continue to invest in the machinery, manpower, and training necessary to meet our customer’s complex construction demands in turn times that are measured in hours, not days. Our team regularly fabricates and ships boards in "miracle-turns" that happen in a single shift.

Every board that leaves our shop is already high quality, we want to ensure that every board is also high-reliability and works well into the next decade. This year, we will continue to work on the process control necessary to add more custom laminates to our shop and to plate thicker copper for our electric-vehicle and aerospace customers. We already plate 10-ounce copper, next year we will push our processes to 12-ounces.

Our team pushes the limits of performance in the quick-turn pcb market, and our customers love us for it. Each year we see 20% market growth, and there is every reason to expect that performance to continue into 2020 and beyond.
