As the electronics industry is starting to recover from the downturn and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is clear that the way the industry used to work for years must change and may never be the same again. The lockdowns and travel restrictions have forced most customers of the industry to search for new procedures and try to use remote communication as much as possible. ALeader immediately recognized this trend and has implemented all necessary tools and processes to adapt to the new situation. We have been able to make a fast transition because, in recent years, ALeader invested a large amount of resources in ease-of-use and AI-based auto-programming. Intuitive and easy interface design and functionality is one of the top priorities of the ALeader development team. As result, our newest AOI and SPI systems are among the easiest in the market to program and operate. During corona times, such a capability gives us a significant advantage over our competitors, since ease-of-use is especially critical in supporting customers remotely and providing them with online tutorials. Today, we offer live demos and presentations via Zoom, solve remotely over 90% of the problems reported through support calls, provide online trainings for customers and distributors, and even provide mostly remote guidance on new-system installation and use. We've not only successfully overcome most of the difficulties caused by the pandemic, but also significantly improved the quality and efficiency of our services. As the global economy continues to recover, we find ourselves in a very good position to satisfy the growing demand and deliver the best service. There is already an increase in new orders, especially for our new 3D ALD8720S AOI (winner of the Global Technology Award 2020) and ALD6720S SPI systems, and the forecast for 2021 looks very optimistic.
