How has Covid-19 affected your business in 2020?
For us, Covid was a glass-half-full: we had projects that got paused because of the uncertainty, and some of our components took a little longer to get, but overall, the new opportunities we had from the Healthcare sector and from businesses that wanted more control over their supply chain, made 2020 a profitable year for us. 2020 was a challenge, but BPM is stronger for it. Has the pandemic affected your business plans for 2021? Trade shows were always a leading source of new leads for our Programming Systems; We're zigging to more digital: webinars, virtual demos, etc. What are your expectations for the electronics assembly industry next year? We're hoping (and expecting) a good year. All of our indicators are strong. We continue to face challenges and are staying both positive and nimble.
