VCcounts solution XRHCount was already online and connected to the Counting Cloud before the current Pandemic. But due to the Pandemic, other topics around the counting machine became more online.

Beginning with onsite visits, that were cancelled by customers. We quickly moved live demonstrations and company tours by webcam. This was well appreciated by cautious customers and customers who where not able to travel. Now they can participate with much more people then before, so everybody can address special questions. No matter if technical, operational, or financial.

Looking to the future, we are very confident. The customers feedback is good and we take advantage of some postponed orders: Now we have more time to develop technology for the next level. We expect more automation of the SMD roll storage systems. Customers highly need and demand automated counting solutions within the context of industry 4.0. And we will launch it soon.
