Was your business able to recover fully or partially from the global pandemic during 2021? Do you still have employees working from home?
We have team members in 8 different cities, speaking 6 different languages, and provide service to customers in 24 countries all over the world. CalcuQuote has been fully operational with rapid global growth and has utilized a remote working environment since its founding in 2014. Has your company been affected by the inventory shortages of semiconductors and electronic components in 2021? Are you able to hire enough qualified employees? As thought leaders in our industry, we strongly advocate for EMS companies to move towards digitization, and we help them to focus their time on what matters. Due to high demand for our services, we have increased our team internally by large margins. What are your expectations for the electronics assembly industry in 2022? We are witnessing the current market beginning to pivot towards digitization as a whole. Smart PCBA companies grow without hiring additional staff. Supply chain digitization has improved our customer's financial outlook, giving investors and shareholders a good payback for new projects. Electronics manufacturing companies who invest into the digital supply chain are increasing customers, market shares, and better profit margins. Have you or will you travel again to customer sites or industry conferences in 2022? We participate in conferences and discuss the benefits of the digitized supply chain at every opportunity. We look forward to meeting our clients at exhibitions globally throughout the next year and beyond.
