At Anda, our most important take away from the last two years of pandemic is that change is imminent. We've embraced this shift in our global business marketplace and have discovered newfound opportunities through our willingness to adapt, welcome newcomers, and invite innovative thinking.
It's clear that the challenges and obstacles of the pandemic are far from over. Our focus has transitioned from merely attempting to survive and get through, to thriving in it. With thrive in mind; we continue to investment in our employees and products. Placing employees first, we've extended our employee base through attracting new talent, promoting continual learning, and improving the quality of our training. Our aim is to deliver automation solutions that manufacturers can depend on. To deliver on our promise, we've made new efforts to collect customer feedback and improve our product offerings and technologies through increased research and development. Anda is open for business, you'll find us at global tradeshows, we're out making visits in customer facilities, and we accept visits to our showrooms and application labs by appointment only. We've seen unprecedented growth in many markets around the globe as our quality products gain acceptance in new markets and our reputation as a world class manufacturer of automation equipment has grown. We're excited for what the future holds. Global technologies continue to converge; new tools are emerging allowing our automation products to emerge also. We're combining them in new and amazing ways to meet your manufacturing demands today.
