2022 was a solid year for Screaming Circuits despite so much disorder in the world around us. I'm seeing the same for 2023. We've found that for 2023, our customers really need stability and continuous improvement rather than more uncertainty, so that is what we'll be focusing on in 2023. Everyone must accept that our supply chain is a very different animal than we all grew up with and it will be this way for a while. Ever since Just in Time (JIT) showed up in the 1970s and '80s, manufacturing has been all about predictability and managing out all uncertainties. The industry can't do that right now. We have been tuning our systems and processes to adapt to managing around uncertainty. The current hiring environment has been challenging. However, as with the supply chain, it's really more about adapting so we can perform for our customers in whatever environment we find ourselves in. We have been increasing our travel and at the same time making full utilization of the remote work style that the world has developed over the pandemic years. It's hard to beat the in-person experience, but we can serve so many more people by keeping remote visitation in our bag of tools.
