Recovering from the Covid Pandemic was painful as it was for all the other people. Getting through it forced us to increase our methods of delivering the training programs to our customers. A new method for us was on-line delivery for the IPC certifications programs. Once the equipment was in place this created another avenue to help our customers meet the needs of their customers and contracts, which was the certification of their employees. Business has increased exponentially over the past 2 years as we've hired additional instructors to have a wider or more expansive coverage throughout the United States and Canada. Offering and utilizing this training methodology reduces travel costs for both the customer and us, which is ideal or a win-win situation for everyone. Of course, it does not cover the workmanship elements of the IPC programs, however there are only a few programs which have workmanship requirements, and those students can travel locally to complete the certification programs. With this now part of our offering, it allows the customer to maintain their certifications for the employees and improves and reinforces the sustainability of the certifications.
