Have supply chain shortages caused problems, if so what has your team done to reduce issues for 2024? ITW EAE has seen significant improvement in supplier material deliveries in 2023, with a low level of material shortages and very minimal disruptions to meeting our customer's delivery performance expectations. Material disruptions to production and parts delivery have declined or been mitigated to ensure that we are achieving our commitment to meeting on-time delivery performance to our customers. To mitigate the impact of shortages moving into 2024, we continue to procure from alternate sources and test alternate components for direct replacements. We have aligned with key ITW Strategic Sourcing partners to develop alternate manufacturer relationships to ensure high-risk sole-sourcing concerns are eliminated where applicable. These sourcing activities have developed a dramatically improved supply chain that will allow us to move into 2024 with a high-level of confidence in continued on-time material deliveries, across all suppliers and material categories.
