In 2025, we believe that many businesses are expected to continue launching new products and services, focused on innovation in AI and sustainability. Companies are likely to leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, automate tasks, and personalize customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics. SP Manufacturing would be no different in this regard. Regarding supply chains, while disruptions from the pandemic caused widespread challenges, many businesses have made strides in stabilizing operations. This includes diversifying suppliers, and nearshoring production to reduce dependencies on distant suppliers. Although supply chain issues may not be fully resolved in all industries, improvements are expected to continue. SPM has recently invested in a new facility in Malaysia to improve our operational resilience. On the labour front, hiring skilled workers remains a challenge. However, companies are addressing this with remote work options, training programs, and automation tools to fill the gap. The outlook for businesses in 2025 is generally positive for those investing in digital transformation, innovation, and talent retention strategies. By focusing on customer-centric service and building a robust company culture, companies can thrive in a competitive and evolving landscape. Overall, the key to success in 2025 will be adapting to market shifts, technological advancements, and workforce trends, ensuring businesses remain resilient and poised for growth despite challenges.
