Are you going to launch new products or services in 2025?
During the 1st Q In 2025, we will complete the addition of a second SMT line and the projection of adding a third one, which will significantly enhance our production capabilities. We are also introducing new wave soldering equipment, expanding our range of assembly options.

Additionally, we are on track to obtain IATF certification, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards in quality management for the automotive sector. These advancements will allow us to increase our manufacturing capacity and better serve our growing client base.

Does your company use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools?
We are currently analyzing how AI can be applied to our SMT manufacturing process to improve efficiency and precision. Moreover, we are implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP with integrated AI capabilities, which will enhance our operational management and decision-making processes.

Has the shortage in the supply chain been resolved, and can you hire qualified workers?
While supply chain challenges have eased in some areas, certain issues persist. Securing PCBs with consistent technical quality and obtaining IC components remain challenges. However, we are addressing workforce needs by hiring qualified IPC-certified operators for the new SMT line and wave soldering equipment.

What prospects does your company have for 2025?
Our focus for 2025 is to develop global client relationships and attract assembly projects currently being handled in Asia. By expanding our capabilities and certifications, we aim to position Selectronic as a reliable and high-quality partner for international electronics manufacturing projects.
