As 2024 is rapidly ending, we look back at what we have accomplished and look forward to making our goals for 2025. Over the last several years, we have navigated our way through many challenges, some new and unique to say the least.

Tariffs on products coming into the United States, an international pandemic, massive supply chain shortages just to name a few. Of course 2024, being an election year, presented an environment of uncertainty. Regardless of which side of the aisle you are on, the next four years will undoubtedly have their own set of unique challenges.

The supply chain issues during the past few years have dramatically improved. However, hiring skilled workers is still somewhat problematic. Wages, benefits and a stable work environment continue to be a top priority.

The tools we have at our disposal these days are also of interest. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly weaving its way into our personal life as well as our work environment. Marketing tools and everyday activities are being made more efficient as AI becomes more prevalent.

In summary, 2025 will have its own set of unique challenges, some of which we cannot even imagine yet. As we enter our third decade in business, we are open minded, clear headed and ready to tackle the unknown!
