Cleaning is a dynamic process within a constantly evolving industry. We are always developing new products and services to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its associated tools are indeed fascinating and hold great potential. We recognize that our cleaning business thrives on the personal touch, expertise, and artistry that AI currently cannot replicate. Nevertheless, in the future some of our customers may leverage AI and machine learning to quantify cleanliness or enhance efficiency. Supply chain management is perpetually challenging due to global events impacting pricing, timing, or availability. However, at present, our supply chains are relatively stable, with fewer fluctuations compared to the last four or five years. While not without its hurdles, the current situation seems more predictable. Similarly, our efforts to find and attract skilled workers have stabilized, making it easier to build a competent team. Yearly outlooks can be challenging to predict, but we remain optimistic. Many industries are increasingly recognizing the value of a well-implemented cleaning process, viewing it as an asset rather than a liability. This shift aligns with our long-held belief in the benefits of effective cleaning, and it's encouraging to see this understanding becoming more widespread. As more companies embrace this perspective, we feel confident and positive about what 2025 will bring for our business. The future looks bright as we continue to deliver value and excellence in our field.
