As we approach 2025 and head into our 42nd year as a USA-based manufacturer, DDM Novastar is poised for another year of growth and innovation. Uncertainty about the future of the economic stimulus from the CHIPS Act and America Competes Act make forecasting a challenge, but any cuts there are likely to be accompanied by offsetting tariffs that will drive more domestic manufacturers to seek assembly equipment that is made in the USA. Regardless of where the new administration takes American manufacturing policy, DDM Novastar will continue to bolster our domestic electronics manufacturing sector. As always, our focus remains on delivering high-quality surface mount and through-hole assembly systems. In 2024, we saw a significant rise in sales, driven by the growing trend of reshoring and the emphasis on "Made in the USA" products. This momentum is expected to carry over into 2025, supported by our robust pipeline of new and returning customers. We are exploring options to shift our quarterly technical workshops to an online-learning model, with the goal of making them more accessible to more customers, and enabling us to cover a greater breadth and depth of topics than the in-person model could accommodate. Despite potential economic uncertainties, we remain optimistic about the future. Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction will continue to drive our success in 2025 and beyond.
