Anna Prolejko, Head of Business Development, Assel Sp. z o.o.
We will invest in new manufacturing equipment for PCBA, so that we can at least triple our efficiency. Competence in systems integration is being developed through the manufacturing of more advanced products. Strengthening our competences in planning and increasing customer service efficiency will lead to more flexibility and reliability - so that we can be a stronger partner. To help us achieve this, we will finalize upgrade to a new version of our existing companywide software, which will be integrated with our new Warehouse Management System and Engineering Change order modules. We will further expand our material sourcing team, which proactively suggests alternative components and suppliers to our customers who benefit from improved competitiveness. As a manufacturing service provider, the expectation is that our growth of new competences will drive businesses of our existing and potential customers towards more success. In 2014, we expect more interest and cooperation from foreign players from USA and from elsewhere outside the EU. We see interest from automotive, military, medical sectors. Manufacturing and investments in these sectors, inter alia from the USA, are growing in Poland. Anna Prolejko, Head of Business Development Assel Sp. z o.o. |
