VIEWPOINT 2026: Przemysław Prolejko, CEO, Assel Electronics Manufacturing Services
We continually observe a trend of reshoring, and the fact that Poland remains positioned as one of the best-cost countries within the EU, which attracts potential project. We continue to invest in automating and digitalizing our processes, mainly with the support of internal software innovations and lean activities. One of our key goals remain becoming energy-independent and decreasing the Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gases. After a major solar panel installation, which went live end of this year, we will continue further investments in 2026. The biggest threat we perceive today are mainly related with the high level of uncertainty mainly derived from geopolitical tensions globally. This could cause unexpected turbulences, and sudden, critical disturbances in the supply chains. Tariffs do form moderate turbulences at this moment and shall not impact business performance in the upcoming year.
