Will you be launching new products or services in 2025?
At Indium Corporation, we believe that materials science changes the world, and innovation is at the core of our culture and all aspects of our business. We are set to introduce a range of innovative products designed to meet the evolving needs of electronics assembly. This includes the expansion of our patented Durafuse® alloy technology for high-reliability solder pastes, as well as other new material technologies in the power electronics and advanced packaging applications.

Is your company using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools?
We don't just use AI tools; our materials play a vital role in advancing the hardware needed for more powerful AI and its broader applications. Innovation is at the heart of what we do, evident not only in our products and services but also in our day-to-day operations. AI is a key component of our business strategy. From leveraging AI-powered analytics to boost efficiency, to utilizing AI tools for image management, we are committed to exploring new ways AI can enhance our operations and deliver greater value to our customers.

Have supply chain shortages been resolved and are you able to hire skilled workers?
While supply chain challenges are always present, we are prepared and have proactive measures to ensure uninterrupted service for our customers. To reinforce the strength and reliability of our supply chain, we continue to explore diverse sources, partners, and methods globally.

Like many market sectors, hiring and retaining a skilled workforce remains a challenge. We've taken several steps to reduce any workforce-related risk, including investing in training programs for current employees and new hires, collaborating with educational institutions to develop industry-specific programs, and promoting a diversity of positions to attract a wider pool of candidates.
