Inflation Impact: Supply chain pressure and inflation put pressure on procurement. Fortunately, during pandemic Miva worked diligently on a series of technical advances that helped offset cost increases and provided a source of revenue expansion.

New Technology in 2024: Miva developed a completely new technology program during pandemic known as DART Technology. DART is Digitally Adaptable Rasterization Technology. Miva will be releasing several new products in 2024 that deploy AI to improve the efficacy of its rasterization process.

Supply Chain: Supply chain did cause certain delivery problems and a significant problem in one case that was very costly.

Labor Shortage: We are getting more requests for automation and tools to allow the operator to confirm processes to free up engineers. Industry needs to focus on creating a work environment that has more obvious progression and correlates adding new skills with increased pay. Too often the employee does not get guidance on what is required to get into a new role and earn.
