VIEWPOINT 2026: John Malboeuf, Vice President of Global Sales, DDM Novastar
As the only USA-based designer and manufacturer of small- to medium-volume PCB and SMT assembly systems, DDM Novastar is proud to see our long-standing focus on American manufacturing validated by the market. This year, we plan to introduce updates to our convection reflow oven line, building on our patented Horizontal Convection Technology, and enhancements to our pick-and-place systems that expand automation and process control capabilities. We're also investing further in service and remote support tools to help customers maintain uptime and productivity in both educational and production environments. Although tariffs and component supply costs continue to fluctuate, DDM Novastar's fully domestic design, engineering, and production base help shield our customers from global uncertainty. Looking ahead, we remain confident that innovation, responsive customer support, and a steadfast commitment to "Made in the USA" quality will keep DDM Novastar—and our customers—strong throughout 2026 and beyond.
