STI Electronics Inc. (STI) 2025 forecast and Viewpoint is for continued growth in 2025, and we are cautiously optimistic the geopolitical situation does not spill over into a supply chain issue.

STI's Engineering Services Division (contract manufacturing, material/failure analysis, microelectronics) has seen considerable growth over the last 2 years and has recently achieved ISO 13485 Medical Certification. The additional growth in medical electronics and the steady growth in Military and DOD (AS-9100D Certification) contract manufacturing services has been the main drivers in our growth over the last 2 years.

We anticipate continued growth in 2025 and should continue to see good, steady growth on the revenue line as STI will be ramping up additional SMT production lines and backend test capabilities. The addition of medical electronics (13485 certification) is a good diversification strategy for growth and long-term contracts. 2025 Capital expansion of equipment and capabilities is a great sign of our overall growth at STI as we will be adding more production capabilities and automation to our factory to keep up with the output demands of our customer base.

STI's Training Resources Division will continue to see growth and expansion as more companies are moving back state side. This will drive an increase in labor market demands for skilled assemblers and quality control technicians as this on-shoring strategy plays out. We believe this will add to an already tight labor market.

STI has a world-renowned training facility in Alabama and Houston as well as provide the largest range of soldering kits and training supplies. STI Training department has also seen growth and expansion and continues to offer leading edge training solutions to the Electronics Industry. If you need a skilled trained work force in electronic assembly, cable/harness, rework and repair and inspection call STI Electronics Training department for your trusted Training partner.

STI Electronics is cautiously optimistic that 2025 will continue the growth pattern as seen over the last 2 years and that the world geopolitical situation will be resolved peacefully without escalation and the world can continue to prosper and grow both domestically and internationally. As we exit 2024, the growth engine of the last 2 years looks strong with a healthy backlog.
