October 5, 2012 Vitronics Soltec Europe To Host Seminar On Selective Soldering Technologies Event Being Held November 6-7 at AF Industries, Marktheidenfeld, Germany Oosterhout, the Netherlands ... Vitronics Soltec Europe has announced it is hosting a two-day seminar titled 'Selective Soldering – New Technologies'. The seminar will be held November 6-7 at AF Industries in Marktheidenfeld, Germany. The seminar is free of charge and will be conducted in German. It is intended for current users of selective soldering machinery and executives/decision makers in the electronics industry who want to learn more about and see demonstrations of the latest technologies. "We are focusing on the selective soldering process and the seminar will provide a technological overview of the challenges users are confronted with," said Frank van Erp, Vitronics Soltec's Director – European Sales and Service. "The successful concept of mixing theory and live demonstrations over video-streaming has proven to be a very dynamic program, and we expect a strong turnout of attendees." Vitronics Soltec will show their product enhancements and provide a glimpse of what a new selective soldering concept could look like, combined with the results of a DOE (Design of Experiment) that was executed in conjunction with a well-known automotive multimedia manufacturing company.
