Acuity Electronics Introduces Test Expert Repair Station: Webinar 7/25
Belmont, CA -- Acuity Electronics, Inc. today announced the availability of the Test Expert Repair Station solution from Siemens AG for defect tracking and reporting.
Test Expert Repair Station is a lightweight, single station repair tool which automatically captures defect data from a dedicated tester or test station and assists with root cause analysis and repair processes. The Repair Station records rework/repair information and provides real-time and historical reporting including Pareto and SPC reports and also provides PCB Movement and Status Tracker, all available in Web based Supervisor Reports.
The Repair Station can be used to enforce routing including repair-loop control and verifies fix information. The graphical PCB layout and schematic aid assists with cross probing, searching and highlighting part numbers or reference designators, and features the REPAIR ADVISOR for quick debugs. The solution is based on a simple, intuitive interface for all experience levels.
