The Circuitnet Marketplace is a web hosted site including a comprehensive listing of businesses supporting electronics manufacturing. Circuitnet LLC is not a party to any transaction that may take place between a Marketplace business and any other business or person.

As a condition to use the Circuitnet Marketplace you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into by and between Circuitnet LLC and any individual, corporation, association, agency, company, or other entity who accesses or uses the Circuitnet Marketplace.

Terms and Conditions

1. Listings
   All new Marketplace listings and requests to change existing Marketplace listings must be submitted using the Marketplace Submit Form. Circuitnet LLC has sole discretion whether to accept or reject any listing.
    
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
   You agree to access and use the Circuitnet Marketplace only for lawful purposes.
    
   
3. Removal
   Circuitnet may, at its sole discretion, remove any Marketplace listing at any time, without notice.
   
   
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
   You understand that Circuitnet LLC and respective directors, officers and employees are not responsible for any content, goods or information included in the Circuitnet Marketplace. Please use your best judgment in evaluating all information contained or opinions expressed in the Circuitnet Marketplace. You expressly agree that your use of the Circuitnet Marketplace is at your sole risk.
   
   
5. Agreement
   This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between Circuitnet LLC and you, and supersedes any prior agreements with respect to the subject matter herein. Circuitnet may revise this Agreement or any other policy at any time and from time to time. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of such revisions.
