| Recertify PCB's past their shelf life |
|
Are there any standards or controls for re-certifying PCB's that have passed their shelf life expiration date?
If so how long should the new shelf life be?

I believe that you can start the clock again on a PCB by putting it through a drying cycle.
A reflow cycle would do as this is over 100 deg C and will drive out moisture.

While that takes care of any absorbed moisture,
it does not address degradation of the solder surface.
