The Circuitnet Equipment Mart is a web hosted site designed to allow users to submit electronics fabrication and assembly equipment and/or to view electronics fabrication and assembly equipment  posted by other users.

Circuitnet LLC is not a party to any transaction and does not charge nor collect any fees.

The Circuitnet Equipment Mart lists used and refurbished equipment only. Listings for new equipment are not accepted.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Circuitnet Equipment Mart. As a condition to use the Circuitnet Equipment Mart you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, do not submit to the Circuitnet Equipment Mart or respond to listing at the Circuitnet Equipment Mart.

This Agreement is entered into by and between Circuitnet LLC and any individual, corporation, association, agency, company, or other entity who accesses or uses the Circuitnet Equipment Mart.

Terms and Conditions

1. Listings
   All new listings must be submitted using the Equipment Mart Submit Form. Circuitnet LLC has sole discretion whether to accept or reject any listing.
   
   Listings submitted will remain active for 90 day. After 90 days the submitter will be notified by email that their listing will be erased unless they request a renewal for an additional 90 days. After 180 days all listings are erased.
   
   If the equipment is still available for sale or wanted the submitter may resubmit the equipment again using the Equipment Mart Submit Form.
    
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
   You agree to access and use the Circuitnet Equipment Mart only for lawful purposes. By accessing the Circuitnet Equipment Mart, you agree that you will not:
   
   A. Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, or indecent information of any kind.
   
   B. Submit any information, software, or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
   
   C. Claim a relationship with or to speak for any business, association, institution or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship.
   
   
3. Removal
   Circuitnet may, at its sole discretion, remove any Equipment Mart posting at any time, without notice.
   
   
4. Links; Disclaimers Of Warranties; Limitations of Liability
   You understand that Circuitnet LLC and respective directors, officers and employees are not responsible for any content, goods or services available through the Circuitnet Equipment Mart. Circuitnet LLC neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, quality or availability of any equipment, goods or services available on any site linked to the Circuitnet Equipment Mart. Your use thereof is solely at your own risk.
   
   Circuitnet directors, officers and employees shall be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by your use of or reliance on any equipment, goods or services posted on the Circuitnet web site.
    
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Please use your best judgment in evaluating all information contained or opinions expressed in the Circuitnet Equipment Mart. You expressly agree that your use of the Circuitnet Equipment Mart is at your sole risk.
   
   
6. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify and hold Circuitnet LLC and all directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this Agreement. 
   
   
7. Miscellaneous
   This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between Circuitnet LLC and you, and supersedes any prior agreements with respect to the subject matter herein. Circuitnet may revise this Agreement or any other policy at any time and from time to time. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of such revisions.
