Advantages for using Vacuum Tweezers to handle small/delicate parts.
  1. Reduce or eliminate tweezer handling damage.
  2. Increased productivity over mechanical tweezers.
  3. Single point pick up allows for grabbing from the top, side or other feature.
  4. Eliminates loosing parts that mechanical tweezers zing across the room.
TWEEZER-VAC System

image
The TV-1000 is our bare bones powered vacuum handling tool. The whisper quiet vacuum pump develops up to 10 inches mercury of vacuum.

Selecting the proper tip allows you to pick and place a wide variety of parts ranging in size from 100 microns to several inches across. A variety of kits are available with this base system. Kits are available in 120 volts or 230 volts.

Price range from $249 to $500
TWEEZER VAC ELITE

image
The TWEEZER VAC ELITE uses an integrated ten segment bar-graph-display visibly shows the part is grasped during operation. The bar graph will show minimum vacuum pressure until a part is grasped and then when a part is grasped the bar graph displays the vacuum level presented to the part being handled.

The vacuum port integrates a user replaceable inlet filter that protects operation of the tool from dust par-ticles. This Vacuum Tweezer is available in various kits depending on your handling application. Kits are available in 120 or 230 volt opera-tion. A foot switch model is available.

Price range from $395 to $795
ADJUST-A-VAC©

The ADJUST-A-VAC© answers customer concerns about manual han-dling of very thin/delicate substrates, wafers, MEMS devices and other very fragile components. This vacuum-tweezer allows the operator to adjust the vacuum level from just below atmospheric pressure to up to ten inches of mercury depending on the fragility of the part being han-dled. An integrated ten segment bar-graph-display visibly shows the vac-uum level present during handling operations.
