Randy Crockett, Software Engineering Supervisor, ProWorks
With ProWorks, we will not be expanding into new markets so much as we hope to expand into our existing markets.
We are constantly adding new features that our existing and potential future customers are asking for. This keeps us in step with what the market needs.
I expect that we will see a surge of new customers in 2011 as businesses improve and see the need for a work instruction solution that allows their businesses to be flexible and global while allowing them to manufacture their products where it's most affordable and maintaining the quality they expect.
