Sunstone Circuits is excited and ready for the new decade. In preparation for 2010, Sunstone Circuits decided to amplify their in-house structure. The common denominator during this process is what Sunstone considers to be the most valued component of their business; the design engineer.
As the global trend of concernment for fiscal responsibility continues to be relevant; the need for small-quantity, vertical-niche products is still growing. Sunstone Circuits continues to be well prepared for this need by offering valued products and services to the design engineers that need it and more importantly, deserve only the best.
This 'extreme' customer service philosophy is the foundation of Sunstone Circuits and it will continue to be the driving force behind the company, as they move into 2010.
One example is the evolution of the ECOsystemSM design environment. This service was created to assist design engineers in developing a better understanding of the four discrete segments of PCB prototyping: knowledge, tools, libraries/ parts, and manufacturing.
By teaming-up with industry leaders to create this service, Sunstone has found a way to help consolidate and improve the PCB prototyping process for design engineers. From concept to delivery, every component associated with the PCB prototyping process is managed and executed by Sunstone Circuits.
This service has truly come to fruition and is now another key element in Sunstone's 'extreme' customer-driven model.
Additionally, in an attempt to meet the needs of ALL types of design engineers, Sunstone Circuits has implemented a new IT infrastructure, as well as purchased new, more efficient and technically enhanced production equipment.
This is an attempt to make the ordering and purchasing process that much easier, no matter how detailed the order may be. Investing in your company can be a difficult decision, especially in the current economic climate; but in-order to meet the needs of loyal customers, improvements must always be made.
Sunstone not only has the financial capability to do so, but has been proactive in choosing to invest into their company’s infrastructure and is well prepared to support a larger percentage of the market, as they roll into the new decade.
Sunstone holds a very positive perspective and is very excited about 2010. They anticipate and look forward to another year of solid growth. Offering thanks to the numerous new customers and thousands of loyal customers, for without their contributions, none of this would even be possible.
Sunstone Circuits reminds everyone to have a happy new year and even more so, a very prosperous 2010.
