Summit 1100 is the benchmark rework system for the VJ Electronix Summit series. It incorporates all of the innovative features that have been developed since the invention of high-level, semi-automatic surface mount and microelectronics rework technology.

Extensive field experience and user feedback have resulted in the development of a rework system that more than satisfies current and future industry requirements. SierraMate^TM software with intuitive 1-2-3-GO operator interface and Auto Profile maximizes easy of use, while maintaining the inherent capability to rework the most complex area-array components (BGAs, micro BGAs, flip chips, CCGA, etc.).

The Summit 1100 rework system is lead-free proven. Its ability to handle large assemblies up to 22 x 30" and a wide range of component sizes, plus its outstanding thermal performance and placement capability, make the system the workhorse of the electronics industry and the standard to which all others aspire.

Vertex 130 is a versatile, all-purpose X-ray inspection system with a large

20 x 24” inspection area, configurable for manual and automatic X-ray examination. An on-board sample navigator provides an easy-to-use product positioning, making the Vertex highly suitable for production environments and capable of addressing a wide range of applications.

Vertex 130 is configured with the latest innovative Nexus 300 X-ray software and analysis tools, providing intuitive manual operation or automated inspection routines. Nexus 300 image processing includes Advanced Defect Enhancement, pseudo color, edge detection, BGA (area, circularity, voiding), and large-area analysis.

For traceability in a production environment, a bar code reader is integrated. Providing true 20 x 24” inspection with complete coverage and all features needed to perform routine or non-standard X-ray inspection, the Vertex 130 satisfies even the most demanding requirements.
