San Diego — KIC, the leader of thermal process development and control products, and winner of multiple industry awards, announces that it will co-host a webinar with BTU International titled “Lowering Your Reflow Costs.” BTU International is a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment and processes for the alternative energy and electronics manufacturing markets.

Brian O’Leary, sales manager – Americas for KIC and Fred Dimock, manager of process technology for BTU, will present the joint webinar.

The webinar will be presented twice: first at 1 p.m. PDT on Friday, April 24, 2009, and again at 9 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, April 28. The webinar will highlight some methods and tools that can be used to lower energy costs while maintaining profiles that are within the solder manufacturer’s reflow specifications.
