Inovar began in 1998 and through astute business practice is set to continue its upward trend. A significant element in its quest to not only meet but exceed customer expectations is maintaining a policy of working with top suppliers. From equipment through to materials, Inovar’s facility includes key industry names such as Juki Automation, Kyzen and Aqueous Technologies.

Service also is vital to Inovar’s success, offering customers a Tier 1 service with a Tier 3 approach to flexibility. “Flexibility will help our customers ride this present economic climate, as they face significant pressure to be responsive to business needs,” said President Tom Carlin. “The same is true for Inovar and why we have future-proofed our infrastructure to help them address these challenges. Inovar has also recently expanded , tripling the size of their state of the art facility, with a preference for complex products. The size of build for customers ranges from 40 boards per week at the low end, to as many as 15,000 per week in markets that include industrial, automotive, medical, military and aerospace. Inovar now employs 270 people, with more than 10 percent engineers. The manufacturing facility at Inovar includes one Prototype Line (providing excellent DFM) and four full production lines, test, test development as well as box build. It also has automated UV and curing facilities. This is all controlled with a Mannex ERP system and Valor automation software.
