SP150 is is a manual or semiautomatic printer with metal or rubber squeegees. Featuring squeegee lengths of 130, 220, 260, 300 or 400 mm, the system has an adjustable print pressure force of 4-140 N, programmable printing speeds of 10-99 mm/sec, and adjustable separation speed from 1-5 mm/s. Additionally, it provides a print/print print modus, an unlimited number of printing programs, and a print cycle counter that records from 0-999,999.
SP150 has a manual drawer as well as manual drawer alignment, and can handle PCBs up to 410 x 400 mm, a print table of 460 x 520 mm, a maximum printing area of 390 x 360 mm, and a substrate height from 1-4 mm. Also, the printer provides manual width adjustment and numerous accessories including two support bards with lengths of 410 mm, four vacuum fixation pins, 10 support pins, two centering pins with 3 mm diameters and a Venturi type vacuum pump.
SP150 features an XY alignment range of ±3 mm, theta of ±2° and accuracy of ±30 µm. The system operates with Microsoft Windows XP and features unlimited product file storage, two CCD cameras, and German and English software language. The system’s stencil frame can print a maximum frame size of 23x23".
