NORTH BILLERICA, Mass. — BTU International (Nasdaq: BTUI), a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the alternative energy and electronics manufacturing markets, announced today that it will feature a new product in the award winning Pyramax series in Kasion Automation’s booth 2F20 at the upcoming NEPCON/EMT South China exhibition and conference. Scheduled to take place August 26 - 29, 2008, the show will be held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, China.

BTU’s Pyramax product line features 350ºC maximum temperature, flexible platform configuration and a comprehensive menu of options. Reduced cost of ownership is achieved through reduced Nitrogen consumption and lower power usage. The new system will also feature BTU’s exclusive closed loop convection control allowing for precise control of heating/cooling and a constant heat transfer for maximum process control flexibility, assuring process repeatability from site to site and line to line.
