Omnify recognized as technology enabler helping OEM customer Astronics AES improve product development efficiencies

Andover, MA – Omnify Software, a leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for electronic, medical, mechanical, and defense manufacturers, today announces that its manufacturing customer, Astronics AES, an electronics manufacturer for commercial and military aerospace platforms, won START-IT magazine's prestigious Technology and Business (T&B) Award. Omnify, along with technology partner Consona ERP, a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and services for small and midsize discrete manufacturers, were recognized as technology enablers for Astronics. All three companies were presented with the T&B award at the 11^th annual awards ceremony.

The T&B Awards recognize manufacturers that have made their businesses succeed through innovation and use technology to overcome a challenge or to solve a critical business issue. Astronics AES was awarded for leveraging technology to streamline design and manufacturing processes and improve product development efficiencies. The company implemented Omnify PLM to create a centralized location to manage product data as well as automate the flow of information with their Intuitive™ ERP environment to streamline communication of information between design and manufacturing teams.
