Javits Convention Center in New York.

A biodegradable low-VOC aqueous solution that contains no CFCs or HAPs, AQUANOX A4625 is a versatile aqueous chemistry designed for optimum effectiveness in cleaning the latest lead-free residues while providing brilliant mirrored solder finishes. This easy-to-use product is environmentally friendly, has a long tank life and is safe for multiple pass applications. A4625 runs at low concentrations and low temperatures, providing consistent results and low cost of ownership. Additionally, it has proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes.

The Kyzen Applications Laboratory has evaluated AQUANOX A4625 for effective removal of nearly 300 soldering materials from the world’s leading suppliers including, Senju, Alpha, Kester, Indium, AIM, Koki, Nihon Superior, Amtech, Cobar, Balver Zinn, EFD, Florida Cirtech, Formosa, Heraeus, Interflux, Metallic Resource, Multicore, Promosol, Qualitek and Shenmao.

METALNOX M6440 is a mild alkaline chelated aqueous immersion cleaner and brightener that is designed for optimum effectiveness and ease of use on scale, metal oxides, dry lubes, light oils, waxes, polishing rouge, drawing oils, fingerprints, carbon, shop dirt and grease while being relatively people safe and environmentally friendly. M6440 is diluted further with water as desired or it may be applied as received without damage to delicate substrates. The cleaner features a long bath-life, low use cost and is safe on precious metals. Additionally, it offers users numerous benefits including mild pH, safe on copper, brass and silver, multi-metal safe and low VOC. M6440 also has no HAPs, CFCs, SARA 313s, silicates or phosphates. It is non-flammable and is effective in both ultrasonic and soak applications.

Both cleaning solutions are available commercially in one, five and 55 gallon containers.
