Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies Corp. announces that it will exhibit the StencilWasher-ECO semi-automatic stencil cleaner for solder paste removal in booth 2431 at the upcoming APEX 2008 exhibition and conference scheduled to take place April 1-3, 2008 in Las Vegas.

StencilWasher-ECO is part of Aqueous Technologies’ ultrasonic technology that uses precisely controlled sound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste from stencils, screens and misprints.Unlike other technologies that can damage delicate stencils, ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage delicate parts, but is highly effective in removing even dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils.

Aqueous Technologies’ semi-automatic ultrasonic stencil cleaning system is designed to accommodate stencils, screens or misprinted assemblies up to 29 x 29" (736 x 736 mm), and it features a 25" (63.5 cm) immersion depth.

StencilWasher-ECO provides fast and efficient solder paste removal at a very economical price. The stencil washer is designed to remove all solder paste types and provides wash, rinse and dry functions. The washer features a stainless steel wash and rinse tank, and a stainless steel deck.

StencilWasher-ECO has a programmable wash cycle timer for consistent operation. In addition to a washing function, the system is equipped with a handheld rinse wand and airknife.

Multiple side-mounted 40 kHz transducers target effective cleaning power onto the stencil or misprint.
