USI Releases Precision Metering Pump With Integral Agitation
Haverhill, MA – Ultrasonic Systems, Inc. has recently released a new liquid delivery system designed specifically for fuel cell catalysts, inks and suspensions. This new Precision Metering Pump includes an internal stirring mechanism to keep coating mixed inside the pump.
The pump automatically refills from a holding reservoir that also contains a stirring mechanism. The PMP-100 precisely controls the liquid flow to the proprietary ultrasonic sprayhead while ensuring that the coating material stays mixed. This advanced systemis fully programmable and controlled with the Prism Windows XP based software.
