Additive Gets NPI Programs Back On Schedule with ECOs

Laconia, New Hampshire- Additive Circuits, Inc. uses its “Web-Circuit” technology to accomplish ECOs on PCBs for NPI

Missing schedules when NPI Programs encounter engineering changes on the printed circuit board can frustrate the OEM and EMS provider. Additive can often find a solution utilizing specialized techniques on the bare PCB in days, not weeks. RoHS compliance can also be met.

NPI PCB Pad Reductions .005 inch Trace Under BGA added Trace

According to Arthur DesMarais, President, many customers have been forced to scrap prototype PCBs and delay product introduction or settle for costly hand rework. Applications range from typical added conductors, SMT pads and trace cuts to BGA trace adds and SMT pad footprint modifications. The process is compatible with most surface finishes and allows standard assembly methods to be used. Additive has cost effective solutions for prototype and pre-production quantities as well as low, medium & high volume applications.
