Paul Lotosky Named Cookson Electronics’ Global Director - Customer Technical Suppor
South Plainfield, NJ – Cookson Electronics has named Paul Lotosky Global Director - Customer Technical Support. In this important role, he will lead the coordination of the ALPHA® global customer technical support efforts as they relate to optimizing support for ALPHA® customers and for the company’s sales and New Product Development efforts.
“I am pleased to announce Paul Lotosky’s appointment to the position of Global Director, Customer Technical Support,” said Bruce Moloznik, Cookson Electronics’ VP Global Marketing. “Paul has 30 years of experience and understanding of our Assembly Electronics business and will bring significant leverage to this critical aspect of our business. For the past ten years he has been a key leader in our Technical Service function. He understands our customers’ process needs and will be able to optimize the performance of ALPHA® products to ensure high levels of throughput and yield as he works with our talented cadre of over 20 Technical Service Engineers.”
Paul is currently the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the IPC Solder Products Value Council where has taken a leadership role in helping to drive efforts that are most important to the collective interests of the electronics assembly industry. He received his B.S. degree from St. Peters College and has been with Cookson Electronics since he graduated in the following roles – Senior Chemist, Global Marketing Manager, Plant Manager for Solder Powder and Paste, and most recently, Director of Customer Technical Support. In addition to his current role on the IPC Solder Products Value Council, Paul is also the Chairman of the Technical Committee TC 44 SC12 (Soldering Specifications) representing the US for ISO.
