Indium Corporation announced that four individuals have accepted new responsibilities within the company. All are based at Indium’s global headquarters in Clinton, NY, USA.

Eric Slezak, Director of Business Development, has accepted additional responsibilities as the Director of Assembly Products Business Unit. In this expanded role, Eric will lead the Assembly Products team to new growth opportunities while overseeing staff transitions. Eric will split his time between Indium’s global headquarters and its manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL. Eric joined Indium Corporation in 2005 with over 25 years of experience in the electronics assembly industry. He has an MBA from Northwestern University and earned a BA in Chemistry from the University of Illinois.

Ray Altieri has been named Manager for the Solder Products Business Unit. He is responsible for forecasting and financial analysis of the solder products line including, pricing, negotiation, and planning. This position takes advantage of Ray’s experience and knowledge of the financial complexity of the industry. Ray originally joined Indium in 1987 in Technical Support and returned in 2000. His most recent position was Manager of Solder Paste Products.

Leo Devine is Indium’s newest Global Accounts Manager. He is responsible for coordinating the sales of all approved product lines, as well as overseeing technical and customer service support for global customers. Leo will also analyze market, product, and technical trends as they relate to Indium’s global account customers. He joined Indium Corporation in 2000. He most recently served as the Manager for Wave Solder and Rework Products where he managed the development and release of new products.

Tim Jensen has been named Product Manager for Solder Products. He is responsible for the development and technical service support of Indium’s full line of solder paste, wave flux, cored wire, bar solder, and epoxy products. He will oversee the hiring and training of new staff, and the development of team skills and knowledgebase to support Indium’s customers worldwide. Tim joined Indium in 1997 and most recently served as the Pb-Free Programs Manager leading Indium’s Pb-free initiatives. Tim has a BA in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. He has authored technical publications and numerous process and technical guidelines.
