A new lead-free reflow oven, occupying 20 to 30% less floor space and having many capabilities available in larger and more costly systems, is now available from Manncorp. The computer-controlled CR 5000F has five upper and lower zones, each maintained to within ±1ºC to ensure accurate adherence to the high temperatures required for lead-free. The system includes three thermocouple inputs.

The space-saving 10-ft.-long oven features a combination 570mm (22.4”) stainless steel mesh belt and pin-type conveyor -- motor adjustable width from 40 to 450mm (1.97” to 17.7”). The CR is also available in larger 6, 8 and 10-zone models to meet a full range of production requirements. The systems run on Microsoft® software.
